Resend is a modern email API built for developers, offering 99% inbox delivery rates and real-time analytics. Lodgestory's Resend integration powers both transactional and marketing emails with bounce tracking, open/click analytics, and unified conversation threading.
Lodgestory uses Resend's API to send and receive emails. Outbound emails (support replies, notifications, campaigns) are routed through Resend for optimal deliverability. Inbound emails are parsed and threaded into conversations in the Lodgestory inbox.
