Kaylee console: the AI agent asks your team, and waits for your OK
- Ask the team: the Bot Journey AI agent asks a teammate when only a person knows the answer, keeps the customer informed, and relays the answer in its own words (or verbatim)
- Approvals: hand over/assign, resolve, workflow stage, tickets, lead and contact edits, and every API tool can be Off, Automatic or Needs approval. Approve, approve with edits, or reject with a reason
- Turn-based escalation across a roster with per-team on-call hours; a floating Kaylee orb and console on every CRM page, cards in the conversation and team chat, mobile push
- Phone the team: when nobody is online the on-call roster is phoned on your own Lodgestory Voice number. Keypress approvals and choices, spoken answers transcribed and read back
- Fallbacks you choose when nobody answers: hand over with a ticket, tell the customer, or continue; held changes are auto-rejected, never silently made
- Webhooks ai_request.created and ai_request.answered, a REST API and five MCP tools to answer from your own systems or an AI assistant
- Also this month: the AI agent can read earlier messages in the chat, check back later on its own, answer voice notes and images, and offer tap-to-answer options
