Lodgestory uses Ably's pub/sub infrastructure to deliver push notifications to web browsers and mobile apps. When a notification is triggered (by agent, bot, or automation), Ably routes it to the recipient's device in real-time with delivery confirmation.

- 03Set Up Mobile Push. Upload your APNs certificate and FCM server key. Configure notification payloads for iOS and Android.
