By accessing or using InboxCentral's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

InboxCentral provides a customer communication platform that enables businesses to manage conversations across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and more.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with platform operations

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees are charged based on your selected plan
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by InboxCentral and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data.

7. Data Processing

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For enterprise customers, we offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) upon request.

8. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our services. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs with dedicated support terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

InboxCentral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
