A CSV with an email column is enough
Upload a file with an email column and an optional name; every other column becomes a token you can use in the subject and body. Rows without a valid address are dropped, duplicates are merged by address, and each row creates or reuses an email contact and chat so the reply has somewhere to land. Contact filters and saved segments work the same way, limited to people with an address.

Every campaign needs a future send time in the builder. Lodgestory prepares each recipient's email in the background, then releases them at the channel's rate, around six a minute by default and tunable, with sent, delivered and failed counts updating every few seconds. Transient failures retry on their own; permanent ones log the reason.

Pick an email channel in the first step and the composer switches to email mode: a required subject line and a body. Write the body in the rich-text editor or toggle HTML to paste a complete template with tables, inline styles and style blocks, which is sent exactly as written. Insert tokens into the subject or body and watch a Gmail-style mobile preview render the result for a sample recipient.
The same five sources as any campaign: existing email chats, a contact filter limited to contacts with an email address, a CSV with an email column, a saved segment, or a stage of a past campaign. Rows without a valid address are skipped and duplicates are merged by address, so each person receives one email.
Each CSV row creates or reuses an email contact and chat keyed by the address, so replies thread back into the inbox on that person's timeline, next to their WhatsApp messages and calls, where your team or a bot journey picks them up.
Around six messages a minute by default, released in a controlled stream like every other channel, with per-recipient status and automatic retries for transient failures. The rate is tunable for your account.
