What is Green Tick Verification?

Green tick verification is the official business verification badge displayed next to a company's name in WhatsApp. It confirms that the account belongs to a legitimate, verified business entity.

To obtain the green tick, businesses must have a verified Facebook Business Manager account, an active WhatsApp Business API account, and meet Meta's eligibility criteria (notable brand with sufficient search presence). The process typically takes 2–4 weeks after application.
